My toilet is clogged after i’ve putted a lot of paper into it, we tried using the snake to unclog it but it dosen’t work, we don’t have money to call the plumber, is there a way to unclog it? The only reason it’s clog is because of paper.

There is one way but it will take a few days. If the toilet snake didn’t clear it the stoppage is probably in the pipe after the toilet. Go to the store and get a bottle of Liquid RID X Septic System Treatment. You want the liquid, not the powder. Pour half the bottle in the toilet and half down either the bath tub or sink drain. This stuff isn’t harmful. It’s a bacterial treatment that is used on septic systems to eliminate paper and solids through bacterial action. Like I said it will take several days to maybe a week but it will eliminate the paper to the point that using a plunger on the toilet will push the remainder of the clog out.

I’m pretty sure it was clogged as a result of wadded up paper towels being flushed down, though, I can’t know for sure because I wasn’t at the “scene of the crime.” Is there a product like a Liquid Plumr for toilets out there? From what I read, such unclogging gels are not for use in toilets. Any recommendations?

You need a toilet auger. They are relatively inexpensive. Certainly a fraction of what you’d pay a plumber. It consists of a flexible spring coil that runs through a tubular handle with a hand crank at the end. You place the flexible end in the toilet, (right in the water) push it in as far as it will go, and then turn the crank while continuing to apply pressure. It will basically drill a hole through the wad of paper towels, and clear the clog. Available at any hardware store. Probably less than $ 20

My university fails to give us a plunger and now my toilet is clogged. The water is draining slowly, (very slowly), and I have nothing such as a plunger, chemicals or long wire. Anything or any tricks to fix this would be great
once again i have nothing that can be used as a long wire.No coat hangers….

Try using a wire coat hanger that has been stretched out to become a long wire and plunging it into the mess while working it around.
