www.plumberx.comHello this is PlumberX. People always ask me what gave you the idea and what made you create these how to plumbing videos? Coming up with the idea was easy. After many years as a plumber and servicing customers at there home I’ve seen a lot of people in tuff situations, people that could not afford a plumber, people that didn’t have time to wait for a plumber to come to there home and make repairs, hearing horror stories of Plumbers that have rip off costumers and gave bad service, to me this was a loud cry for help. One story come to mind; A friend of mine calls me and ask, PlumberX could you do me a favor and help this older lady that I know, and go by and look at her Plumbing, she needs plumbing work really bad but she’s to scared to call a plumber because of the cost, and she know that if I send you over there to check out the plumbing she can trust me as a friend recommending you, sure I said I could do that. The next day came and I went to the older lady’s home she came to the door with a pleasant smile very humble. I could see it in her eye’s she didn’t have to say a word ( What is this going to cost ) she was very polite and courteous. Sir would you like some thing to drink and I do appreciate you coming to check out my plumbing on such short notice. No problem mam, lets see what’s going on here with your plumbing. This way Sir in the kitchen. As I walk through the home I saw in the corner of my eye younger children around 3, 5 and 6 years of age …

to all the haters on here,i think he did a great video explaining the reason ,and function of a certain product,to give people peice of mind about it.if most people cared half as much in making a video,they would all be? good.hats off to you for the instruction
This is so cool and very helpful. I wish you could come over and give me step by step instructions because I’m still not totally confident. Not only did my pipes come detached from eachother it even came detached from the wall connection? under the sink:_( Water everywhere….uuuughhhh Can someone say new cabinets and maybe even new floor.

That was a nice thing to do for that little old lady. There should be more people like you doing this kind of work. I notice auto mechanics trying to rip off women too and repair things that don’t even need fixing. I think this? is wrong and a bad business practice. The lord will remember people like this on judgement day.

@gulfstream587, It? was only a 3 min video, and if you listened he covered that if it dries up, to refill it with water. Could happen in some unsold, vacant homes… But think you can pop around to a few more videos and inform them of the time they spend? sure you can…

This happens on all means of service,? plumbing, cars, renovations and PC repair. I was a apprentice plumber for 7 years and worked for a plumber that took pride in his work I would say an artist. Amazing how clean he leaves it to be covered up by drywall. I took that knowledge and same work ethic over to the IT field and now been in IT for over 13years. I see people get ripped off with computer work as well. I fixed simple problems that was overcharged as well
